Muslim Council of Elders Strongly Condemns Iranian Attack Targeting a Residential Building in the Kingdom of Bahrain
The Muslim Council of Elders, chaired by His Eminence Dr. Ahmed Al‑Tayeb, the Grand Imam of Al‑Azhar, strongly condemns the Iranian attack that targeted a residential building in Manama, the capital of the Kingdom of Bahrain, resulting in the death of a Bahraini citizen and various injuries.
The Council expresses its solidarity with the Kingdom of Bahrain—its leadership, government, and people—affirming that the targeting of civilians and residential landmarks constitutes a flagrant violation of international law and a dangerous escalation that threatens the security and stability of the region.
The Muslim Council of Elders extends its sincere condolences to the leadership, government, and people of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and to the family of the deceased, praying that Almighty Allah envelops her in His boundless mercy, grants the injured a swift recovery, and protects the Kingdom of Bahrain and its people from all harm.
