Location : Expo City Dubai - United Arab Emirates
The session presented the perspectives of indigenous peoples on the climate crisis and the struggles faced by communities on the coasts of Panama due to rising sea levels and various other climate-related challenges. These challenges jeopardize their livelihoods, impeding their capacity to ensure food security, adequate shelter, and essential living conditions in light of the impact of climate change. The session advocated for the collective engagement of faith communities in addressing the pressing challenges posed by climate change.
