The Muslim Council of Elders, under the Chairmanship of the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar His Eminence Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb strongly condemns Israel's aggression on the Gaza Strip which resulted in dozens of deaths, injuries, and the destruction of several residential buildings.

The Council calls on the international community to urgently intervene and stop this brutal aggression against the Palestinian people, which represents a flagrant violation of all international laws and norms.
